By downloading, installing, or using The Ink App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
The Ink App is a platform that connects tattoo artists and enthusiasts. Users can discover artists, book appointments, request custom tattoo designs, and purchase products. We act as an intermediary between artists and clients and are not responsible for the quality of tattoo services rendered.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Payments for services and products are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to the individual artist's refund policy and applicable law.
Artists using The Ink App are independent contractors, not employees of The Ink App. Artists are responsible for their own services, licensing, health and safety compliance, and professional conduct. The Ink App does not guarantee the quality of any tattoo service.
You agree not to use the platform to engage in any unlawful activity, post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All content on The Ink App, including the logo, interface design, and original artwork, is the property of The Ink App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ink App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
